Development activities and interventions:
A kitchen evaluation form has been prepared and we are distributing it to the beneficiary families.
The data collected from these forms are analyzed.
Solve problems or complaints that arise from reviews.
We meet periodically with the project work team, whether volunteers or paid employees, numbering twenty-five individuals.
Continuous propaganda of the project idea and an explanation of its main objectives to increase the funding source for the project.
New innovations and ideas for developing the kitchen:
The city was divided into four zones with the aim of speeding up distribution in one hour, and each zone carries a symbol and a code, for example the family [15 J]. The letter G means the family zone, which is a family located in the works zone, and the number 15 symbolizes the arrangement of the beds from the same zone.
Food containers have been changed from single-use plastic, which harms the environment, to healthy food containers so that the food reaches families hot. At the same time, they are environmentally friendly, which reduces the process of global warming.
How are information and technological systems used in the project?
All information for each family is entered individually.
Families are sorted and divided into several categories.
The target groups for the kitchen are selected within a specific period of time.
Distributors' statements are printed.
The menu is prepared and changed on a monthly basis.
To be continued Following up and recording the inventory of each item in the kitchen and warehouse through the computer.
MProject income released :
A charity fund has been created that targets the largest amount of money on a monthly basis from one hundred donors.
Partnerships were concluded with major charitable institutions such as the Egyptian Feed Bank, the Misr Al Khair Foundation, the Long Live Egypt Fund, and some other institutions such as the Al Zahrawan Foundation and others.....
An agreement was made with the owners of major shops within the city to take zakat every month from the products they sell, for example: perfumery; We take apothecary products from it as zakat on money and also to make it easier for the owner of the money.
We participate in all profitable charitable competitions so that these competitions become a strong annual source of income for the association in general and for the kitchen in particular.
