The project was built on needs that were monitored with the participation of the community and its institutions Through opinion polls and the association’s previous experience in dealing with the community as service providers within the community, it was noted that there were educational problems in the Abnoub Center and its affiliated villages, and the problems crystallized around 

1. The inefficiency of some teachers within schools ranges between 60% to 70%% 
2. There is a rate of students dropping out of schools
3. Some environmental problems
4. The child's poor physical, mental and health condition 
5.  Problems related to the supervisor, represented by a weak skill level in following modern learning methods
6. Reasons related to society, which are parents not following up on the educational process
7. Reasons related to the learning environment, such as lack of interest in the learning environment as an attraction for children.
8. -Based on the diagnostic test for the remedial program carried out by the Reading Department at the Directorate of Education in Assiut to measure the level of students in dictation and fluency in the Ibnob community in particular, which is 50%
9. The severe deficit within the educational administration in Abnoub in mathematics teachers, as the percentage of specialized mathematics teachers, based on the statistics of the primary education sector in the Abnoub Center, is 47% 
10. Children are exposed to many abuses inside schools, such as beatings, which leads to students being alienated from schools
11. Not activating the decision on inclusive schools

And other problems, and therefore it was necessary to confront and continue within this society so that we could develop the society, raise the services provided to it, and create an ideal cooperative, educated, cultured, and healthy society. This is what prompted us to present this proposal so that we can intervene quickly and positively so that we can solve these problems and be able to create a conscious society based on positive difference :

• The components of the project or its sectors   which are (the maternal and child health component - the early childhood component - the basic education component - the school health and nutrition component - the youth and adolescents component - the child protection component - the friendship component)
• The geographical scope of the project  : The project works within the center of Abnoub and a number of villages, namely (Arab Al-Qadadih village - Bani Ibrahim village - Deir Al-Jabrawi village - Arab Al-Awamer village). At the beginning of 2017, the project began to fly outside the Abnoub center and target A number of centers within Assiut Governorate due to the great successes it achieved, and these centers were (Sidfa Center - Al-Badari Center - Sahel Selim Center - Al-Ghanayem Center - Dayrout Center, in addition to the city of Assiut)
• Integration between the components of the project or the sectors of the project  All components within the project work in an integrated manner, as children from the age of 0 to 18 years are targeted and all sectors in the end raise a slogan, which is the best interest of the child In addition, all components It also had a clear impact on creating good education for children, as the school health and nutrition component raised the slogan “Become a healthy child so that I can learn and learn so that I become a healthy child.” He sought to achieve this slogan, so he carried out many activities that help build a generation with a strong body and a healthy mind. The youth and adolescent component also sought to build a generation that has the ability to be creative and innovative in implementing projects. It trained the students for a full month on how to make a small project and study the feasibility of the project, etc. At the end of the training, it was awarded Each student was given 5,000 EGP to work on his project, which had a clear impact in increasing the income of the child and his family, which enabled him to attend school regularly and buy the school supplies he needed. The child protection component also created a safe environment for the children, and school became a favorite element for the children after it was an easy and simple matter to avoid it, as the students were trained on the ability to adapt. Etc.... Teachers’ capacities in positive discipline were also built and mechanisms were developed to provide alternatives to violence against children. All of this had a clear impact on good education.

The direct target group of the project

This project targets groups of society in general (children 0-6 years old / children in the basic education stage (primary - middle school) 6-12 years old / children in the teenage stage 12-18 years old / girls of childbearing age / pregnant women / men / community committees in all villages, meaning that the project targets children from 0 to 18 years old. One year, it is an integrated project. As for the education component, it targets children from the age of 6 to 18 years, that is, the primary and preparatory stages
