Introduction to the Training Program

Good governance is an essential factor for the sustainability and effectiveness of NGOs, as it enhances transparency, accountability, and strategic decision-making, enabling these organizations to achieve their mission efficiently. From this standpoint, a five-day intensive training program on the governance of non-governmental organizations will be organized in cooperation between the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (NIGSD) and the Misr El Kheir Foundation. This program aims to provide NGO leaders and executive directors with the knowledge and skills necessary to apply good governance principles, comply with legal frameworks, and improve decision-making processes within their organizations.
