Executive Director of Big Heart Association and technical advisor in the areas of child protection and case management. He has 20 years of practical experience in civil work and community development, especially with the most vulnerable groups of children, families and refugees. She worked to provide listening and counseling sessions for women survivors of gender-based violence, and contributed to building and developing protection systems within a number of institutions. I am interested in developing existing community practices, and implementing educational, pedagogical, and economic programs that empower children, mothers, and youth. I also work on training work teams and building their capabilities in case management, basic psychosocial support, and gender.
