He worked as a field social researcher and executive secretary in one of the NGOs. He also worked as an institutional supervisor. For field training students at the Higher Institute of Social Service in Cairo, then he moved to the Egyptian Food Bank Association as an evaluation officer, managing the evaluation and selection of associations, selecting parties wishing to deal with the Food Bank by applying the terms and standards of acceptance, then he rose through the ranks of the department until he became the head of the evaluation department.
