She previously worked as the director of the Girls’ Secondary School in the Gail Bawazir District, which has now changed its name to Al-Raeda Qadriya Abdel Sadiq Bawazir Secondary School, and she also worked as a teacher of the English language subject at all levels, 
Certified trainer with the Education Office and the British Council. She holds a professional trainer certificate (CPT) from the British Board for Training and Consultation - Britain. She is a certified trainer from the Top Arp Institute for Skills and Science Development. She is a field supervisor for the success of the training program for contract teachers in teaching methods and classroom management. She is the head of the summer student forum for the axis of the Gail Bawazir District - Hadhramaut Governorate - Yemen.
