Bio:
I have been working in the field of development for 19 years. I have worked in several different development fields, including the health field. / Economic development / Women empowerment / Child protection. I participated in the management and implementation of many development projects with external funding from the European Union, the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Spanish Agency, and other foreign funding agenciesforeignI also participated in the implementation of regional development projects implemented at the level of North African countries (Tunisia, Algeria, and Morocco). It helped build my knowledge of development work in sisterly Arab countries, especially in the field of empowering and protecting women. I also participated in the national program for early childhood development with the Ministry of Social Solidarity in the banks of the Cairo and Fayoum governorates, in which nurseries for children were developed from Where the infrastructure and its furnishing are appropriate for children in the early childhood stage and the capacity building of supervisors in these nurseries.
I help manage the association’s headquarters in the Al-Marj area and participate in the association’s strategic planning. I participated in setting the association’s internal work regulations, especially the program list and setting the association’s child protection policy. I am good at searching for information, I am good at writing various types of reports, planning the projects I implement and developing a logical framework for them, as well as the follow-up and evaluation plan. I am good at working in a team and distributing tasks in a way that suits each of the different team members. I am good at documenting different projects.
