The main goal of the association is to support the poor financially. Morally, educationally, health-wise, recreationally, and nutritionally:

                               Aid that actually exists on a fixed basis:

                1- Sponsoring cases financially and monthly.

2- Sponsoring health cases on a monthly basis (purchasing treatment, conducting examinations, operations, and x-ray analyzes through a protocol between the association, Al-Azhar hospitals, and some private centers)

3- Sponsoring educational cases (buying school uniforms, paying tuition fees)

4- Sponsoring orphaned and incapable girls upon marriage.

5-Paying debts to those who are unable.

Seasonal projects:

2- Iftar for families who are unable to distribute Ramadan balls or prepare a daily table during the month Ramadan).

3-Our children's clothing (school uniforms annually - Eid al-Fitr clothing exhibition).

4-Winter campaign (distribution of blankets and tarpaulin rolls for the association's cases and associations sponsored by the association ).

5-Celebrating Children's Day, Orphan's Day, and a Day for People with Special Needs (organizing an entertainment day, distributing in-kind gifts, holding competitions, and distributing material gifts ).

6- Annual celebration of the ideal mother (organizing a Mother's Day party for breadwinner mothers and distributing material and in-kind gifts ).

7- Holding an annual employment day (providing suitable jobs for the cases and their children and for any unemployed person in the areas surrounding the association ).

8- A cleaning day under the supervision of the association, financially and in kind, includes cleaning the neighborhood in which the association’s headquarters is located, painting and coating the sidewalks surrounding the association, in addition to planting sidewalks.

10- Conducting medical convoys according to the citizen's needs annually.
