ث‌-   دور الخبير المجتمعي:

        دور الخبير هو أحد الأدوار الهامة التي يمكن أن تقوم بها المنظمات الأهلية   داخل المجتمع و خاصة وأن المنظمات الأهلية   يتوافر لها من الخبرات و الموارد البشرية  المتنوعة و العلاقات مع الاستشاريين و المراكز البحثية ما يمكنها من القدرة لي توفير المتخصصين و الخبراء في مجالات متنوعة و المرتبطة بإحداث التنمية المحلية بنطاق عملها مثل خبرات في التخطيط و تعبئة موارد المجتمع او إحداث تنمية لفئة محددة أو التعامل مع ظاهرة معينة مثل ظاهرة أطفال الشوارع علي سبيل المثال ، و لا يمكن اعتبار دور الخبير المجتمعي دورا جديدا علي المنظمات الأهلية   في مصر فإذا نظرنا الي المنظمات الأهلية   العلمية المشهرة في مصر رغم قلة عددها وجدناها تقوم بذلك الدور.

ج‌-    دور المحفز المجتمعي:

     دور المحفز المجتمعي هو أحد الأدوار الرئيسية التي يمكن أن تقوم بها المنظمات الأهلية   في المجتمع، ويقصد بدور المحفز المجتمعي قيام المنظمة الأهلية   بتيسير عملية المشاركة المجتمعية من خلال التنسيق مع المؤسسات والجماعات المختلفة داخل المجتمع، أن القيام بذلك الدور يحتاج من المنظمة الأهلية   القيام بتوعية المجتمع بأهمية المشاركة بالإضافة الي القدرة على التنسيق بين جميع المؤسسات بالمجتمع كما يتطلب أن يكون لدي العاملين بتلك المنظمات الخبرة بأليات المشاركة المجتمعية وكيفية إحداثها وتفعيلها ويمكن ان يصل مستوى المشاركة في رسم الخطط والاستراتيجيات التنموية للمجتمع او اقتراح البدائل الأنسب لمواجهة المشكلات التنموية او تصميم الإجراءات المختلفة للحصول على الخدمات ان هذا الدور يسهم في تعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمواطن داخل المجتمع وهو ما يمكن ان يقوم به المنظمة الأهلية   .

 

ح‌-    دور المنظم لموارد المجتمع

          دور المنظم لموارد لمجتمع هو أحد الأدوار الأساسية التي يمكن أن تقوم به المنظمات الأهلة في طريق مشاركتها في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بمجتمعاتها ويتطلب القيام بدور منظم الموارد القيام بالتنسيق مع الأطراف المختلفة بالمجتمع من أجل حصر الموارد المحلية المتاحة من حيث النوع والكمية وتصنيفها وتحديد اساليب استخدامها والعمل على تعبئتها وتوجيهها نحو إحداث التنمية المستدامة ويتطلب هذا من المنظمة الأهلية   أن يكون لديها القدرة العالية على التنسيق مع مؤسسات وأفراد المجتمع على استغلال تلك الموارد الاستغلال الامثل وطبقا لأولويات المجتمع ليس هذا فقط بل العمل على تنمية تلك الموارد.

خ‌-    دور المحافظ على الهوية الثقافية للمجتمع:

         دور المحافظ علي الهوية هو أحد الأدوار الهامة للجمعيات الأهلية   والتي تطرحها الظروف الحالية نتيجة لما يعتري الهوية الثقافية للمجتمع من تهديد مباشر نتيجة للانعكاسات السلبية للعولمة الثقافية، كما أن مؤسسات المجتمع المدني بما فيه المنظمات الأهلية   ونتيجة لما يتوفر لها من القدرة على التحرك بيسر في جميع الاتجاهات بدون ممارسة أي ضغوط عليها بشكل مباشر ونتيجة لعلاقاتها المختلفة وتاريخها للتصدي للاستعمار العسكري والثقافي ما يفرض عليها القيام بذلك الدور.

د‌-      دور المبادر المجتمعي:

      يعد دور المبادأة في التحرك نحو علاج المشكلات التي تواجه المجتمع وتسليط الضوء عليها أحد الأدوار المهمة للمنظمات الأهلية داخل المجتمع عليها ويهدف هذا الدور الي تشجيع جميع القوي بالمجتمع للتحرك نحو التعامل مع تلك المشكلات فقد تواجه مشكلة بمجتمع ما ولأن تلك المشكلة تواجه فئة مهمشة بالمجتمع فإننا قد نجد أنها ليست على جدول أولويات قادة المجتمع، لذا فأن دور المبادر دور يتكامل مع أدوار وأهداف المنظمات الأهلية في إطار تحقيقها للتنمية المستدامة بالمجتمع.

 

وختاما: إن المنظمات الأهلية   اليوم في حاجه الى النظر فى تطوير ممارستها وبما يتوافق مع المتغيرات الدولية الآنية في عصر يتسم بسرعة التغيرات وتعقد المشكلات إن المأمول والمنتظر من المنظمات الأهلية   اليوم أن يكون لها إسهامات في تحقيق استدامة المجتمعات وبالتالي الإسهام في تحقيق السلام والاستقرار الاجتماعي بل بناء جسور التواصل والتعايش بين المجتمعات على المستوى الدولي والإقليمي ان الأدوار المقترحة للمنظمات الأهلية   والتي تم طرحا في هذا المقال هو محاولة اولي لوضع منهج عملي لتطوير ممارسة المنظمات الأهلية   داخل المجتمع وبلاشك انها تحتاج الى العديد من المناقشات والاستكمال لكيفية دمجها داخل منظومة عمل المنظمات الأهلية خلال الفترة القادمة.
