 In the following few lines, I will tell you, based on the life and practical experiences of many managers, how a manager or team leader can succeed in managing the team well.

To move away from:

- Subjectivity in all your steps and not uniting with the goals and idea of the team and stealing every achievement of the team and saying, “I did and I achieved,” and if it were not for me, rather say, “We did and I achieved, and had it not been for me.” Rather, say, “We did and we would have achieved, and if it were not for us,” then you are opening up the work of Satan and dividing and not uniting. And forget that whatever achievements are made, he participated in it. All.

- Spreading negative energy within the team and not providing appropriate appreciation for their work and not pushing them forward. Building is not easy and demolishing is easy, so choose the best of them for you.

- Do not be too critical and complain, and remember that roses have thorns, for there is no absolute beauty except God

Emotional and mental balance, having an insight into things, situations, and people, and not letting events and others manage you and shape your behavior

- Equality and justice between the work team and yourself

- Be a role model for the team to follow

- Be behind your team and push them forward and compete with them to be in front of the team and break their unity and structure. Feel proud when you see someone move. Forward

- In the end, look at your negative thoughts and feelings and deal with them, as they will turn into actions without you realizing it. So take care of God, so that God will take care of you

 If you stick to that, you will succeed, God willing, even if you do not have experience or technical skills, because you will work with the experiences and skills of others to unite them with you.
